    Don't use Adsense on such sites.
    It is against to Google Adsense policies.

    well m also owner of a mp3 songs website :) and i suggest you that ... don't use adsense account thier if you want your adsense account safe .... but you may use adbrite for your website and chitika for more money if u got some traffic from US and UK :)

    No, they don't allow MP3 sites. As because it breaks there TOS and your account can be at high risk if you try so.

    nope its not your copyrighted material so you will be banned from adsense. Try a different niche if you are desperate to earn adsense revenue.
