Mozilla does not like my display tables layout

Help please.

This page works to my satisfation in IE6+ but in Mozilla it produced a verticle table.

css for the class is

.botinner {
width:180px;
display: table-header-group;
background-color:#FFFFFF;
border:solid #666666 1px;
text-align:center;
}

and the html is
