Mozilla/4.0 what is this

    I have check some of my site stats, and this one eats to much resources of my server. Is this a robot? I have tried to not allow in my robots.txt but still keep eating my server resources.

    It's a generic name for the generation of browsers that includes IE6

    Internet exlorer/Firefox...anmd lot of other broiwsers are shown as Mozilla/4.0
