Moving WP Blog from one host to the other - What are the steps

1) Backup the site. (done)
2) Backup the DB in addition to full site backup (done)

Option 1:
Do a fresh install of WP and import DB

.. Install plugins and temple - re do template modifications..


Option2:
Just restore the full backup on the new host.. (No additional changes -- Just be done)

Any other options?
What is the best option?

option 2 is easy and best. just make backup of whole wp and move it to other host.
