Goto WP ADMIN>MANAGE>EXPORT and keep the XML file which is being exported.
Then set up your new Wordpress in new webhost and again goto WP ADMIN>MANAGE>IMPORT,and then import that XML file there.
By this all youe old site's posts, categories, comments, etc all will be restored back..

Well, this is the easiest way to do it..
But if you want to totally move your themes, plugins, etc, then you need to follow a long way,but i wont recommend you to do it. Just follow my easy way,how i said..
If you want,i can d it for you..
PM me if you need me..
    Thanks..

    It wont hurt you IF:

You set the site up properly before changing the nameservers!

    How to change:

Go to cpanel and generate a full backup. Tell your new webhosting company to transfer your site and set it up with the same USERNAME/Password of your previous Cpanel Hosting, when done change your nameservers and you will be fine. Best of luck!

    1. You've got to export your existing database.

    2. Save "everything" there is on your blog directory to your hard disk.

    3. Go to new server, upload that "everything" that u have saved to your hard disk on step 2 to the new server (make it appear the same way it was on your old server, the directory and all).

    4. Import database from step 1.

    5. Read the details from wordpress site http://codex.wordpress.org/Moving_WordPress#Moving_WordPress_to_a_New_Server

    Its Very Simple task...

2.Change your name server in your Domain control panel.

3.Install Wordpress in your new Host (Once DNS resolved ..Takes upto 24-48 hrs max)
