Buying Moving Wordpress Blog from one host to another

As described in the title, I need somebody to move a wordpress site from one host to another and to document the entire process in details (I run multiple blogs and may need to repeat this process in the future).

I am unsure how much would something like this cost, but my estimate is $20. Please PM with your bid/proposals or post some suggestions here in the main thread.

Except it only works when you move your site to Cloudways Anyway, the contractor already finished with my transfer, so it's no longer relevant.
