Why don't you just move to Thailand...Nice weather and everything dirt cheap...
Oh and a Tsunami from time to time but you'll have to accept that

Dominica is paradise on earth. The cost of living is low but it is very rugged. Some people love it and others find it too harsh for daily living

 

Try Malta or Cyprus (the Greek half).

They are both in the Mediteranian, have great taxation laws, off-shore, stable and nice weather.

I think Cyprus is hotter than Malta but I'm not sure.

They both have Internet access although I think Cyprus will probably be a better choice for an Internet based firm and in general. I also believe Cyprus is part of the EU so that has it's benefits as well.
