Moving website help

    I have just paid $20 to eXe to move a site for me and the work isn't going to get done. He had excellent iTrader so I thought but it seems I am not the only one he has scammed.

    I made a website on my host.

    subdomain.domain.com/folder

    I want this to now direct to a new domain domain.com other than the domain listed in the above address.

    Do I make new databases? Or just redirect the current ones?
    Do I make a new SQL or just rename the others?

    It's a joomla website with a cubecart store.

    Any help would be appreciated. I wish I could pay someone to do it, but my trust is gone at the moment.

    are you moving hosting or just the sub domain ? if it a sub doamin their is no need to move the database if it on the same server

    I created a new website for an existing site. So all I need to do is push the domain to that host and direct it to the new domain.

    All you need to do is change the nameserver of your domain to your existing domain.
