I am moving 160 pages to new domain.
I will redirect those old pages from old domain to new one.

Text surely will be the same, just redirection.

Could google recognize this new pages as duplicated content ?

If you are using a 301 redirect from each of the old urls to the page's new url you should be ok.

Expect some loss of ranking and traffic for a short period of time but other than that it works well.

Can I leave text on old URLs or I must erase this text ?

The same text will be on new URL.

It's ok as long as you leave the 301 redirect in place. If it was me I would take the pages completed down after 6 months and then have it return a 410 (page deleted) after that.

I agree with classifieds - as long as you use 301 redirects, you should be fine. If you're not sure when you should delete the old pages, you can always take a look at the SERPs, and wait until they're no longer listed (or all of your new pages are listed) to delete them.

    Thanks!
That with deleting pages sounds very smart.
