If I am doing work for a sports service client who had great rankings at first and than they got slapped down as they were seen to have their network of 150 blogs or so on the same server and than I move them to dedicated c class ip addresses will it be the next time they are crawled on the new server that the rankings will re-appear or what will happen?

there is no reason to move every single site to its own dedicated class C ips which can get very costly for 150 blogs. cheaper yet effective alternative would be to go with an SEO hosting package and sign up with a plan to get 4-5 sites assigned to a single IP. those IPs will be shared IPs but will serve the same purpose as dedicated IPs which is what matters

Many SEO experts claim that having them all on 150 seperate c class IPS will actually help but as far as I am aware, this has no been proven.

Assuming that each IP costs you .05 to .25 cents each per month, thats allot of money unless all the blogs are PR3 and higher. I would do what sultanofseo said, get 4-5 sites assigned to a single IP. Unless its PR4 and higher, then it deserves its own IP.
