Moving to another server

    i need to move some sites of mine to another server i bought.
    1st server is plesk, 2nd server is vhcs so i cant make full backup n load it.
    i have got a slow line and it would take me ages to do it
    3 or 4 sites will be moved, for how much can you do this job?
