Moving text to a different location on page

    Hi,

I have a page on one of my sites that is ranking well for a few keywords. There is text to the top and a form to sign up lower on this page.

Im trying to increase conversion rate on this page, I'm wondering if I move the text below the form, could this hurt the rankings of this page on the search engines?

My thought is conversions will go up if the form is above the fold, but it wouldn't be worth it if I lose all the traffic.

    Thanks in advance

Since search engines cannot currently handle forms, probably not. However, if you're looking to increase your conversions, you should probably be looking at rewriting the text, rather than repositioning it on the page.
