Moving Sites

    Hi,
I am planning on moving my reseller plan to another host. I have about 60+ of my sites to move in bulk.

I started to move manually (ftp files to my c: drive, then upload to new host)...this will take me weeks. I was wondering if there is any easy faster way I can move these sites (including DB's) to a new reseller? I have checked with reseller, they will move a few, but want $5 to move additional...

    Any help is appreciated.

If I were you, I would only move a few at a time anyway. And maybe only a few to start, to make sure your new host has the same configurations as the old one.

Another issue is dynamic databases. How many of your sites contain databases that update frequently? (eg: forum, shopping cart, blog, etc.)
During propagation, you might find the databases between the 2 servers unequal.

If you use cpanel, then you can easily create a full directory backup and get it ftped automatically to your new account. However, you need to import the database manually.
Try for one first and then do for the rest. Make sure that the account names you create in whm are the same as the old server.
