Should be no problem at all.
All you need to do is to go to vbulletin.com, buy the LEGAL script, upload them onto your server and run the installation.
It will replace all your old vb files.

    OR

Just be frank with vb guys. They might help you.

I believe you will have to do some editing since the nulled version of vbulletin is likely to have some extra code in it. I guess the only way for you to know if you can successful important the nulled vbulletin database to a legitimate copy of vbulletin is to try it, or talk to someone who has done this.

i didnt do it before but i will tell how based on what someone has told me before

first you buy the legal account from vb original site vbulletin.com
then you log in with it (through the vb site member log in) which in vbulletin.com
then just add your current site domain, there will be somewhere where you can write your current domain you are using
and that is all, so when some one report your vb or so they will check if it is exists in their users account
when they found it is added then they wont do anything against your site

and that is all easy and simple :)

Yes, simply import your database from nulled and replace nulled scripts by licensed script, where you can download at member area on vbulletin.com :)
Vbb will like you stop use nulled script
    have fun

Installing would include, putting in all the mods, template changes, vBseo (is that one current?), etc as well...

Though, you may be able to just buy the nulled version. As in th presales forum on vbulletin.com and they will give you a bit more of an official answer.

i think it is not important to put the new script

i will tell you again, in your member area in vb official website, there must me a place where you can write your domain name.write your current domain. And i think it is gonna be okay

and about importing the database you can use bigdumb.php wish restore the data base, but you dont have to do that because you dont have to install the new script :)

What I would do if I were you is buy the license download the vbulletin zip file and upload it overwriting your old vbulletin null files. Then go to the upgrade link and upgrade it. Once thats done your sweet, no need to import sql files or anything.

It should be important to note that the OP has a modded board. Which would mean that they need to re-apply any and all template changes after such an over-write.

The absolute easiest way to do this IMO would just be to continue on the nulled one, but install any upgrades to the current version, then manually re-add the copyright notice to the footer file.

(at least thats how I did it ;) I installed a nulled version on sunday to see if I liked it, I did so I bought it yesterday and am now in the middle of installing a load of MODs)

PS: I told vBulletin what I had done and asked how to get the copyright notice back in...
