Moving MYSQL

    Can anyone help me and tell me how to insert a 354MB sql file in phpmyadmin BECAUSE the file is to big for me to copy and paste and when i import it into phpmyadmin it just dosnt do anything... i had it going for over 3 hours and still wasnt uploaded..

    Is there any scripts you can use or anything?

    BigDump should do the trick. It allows you to upload the file via FTP and then it will do its magic from there.
