<rant> Is it me or is moving house the biggest pain in the rear end! I moved over four weeks ago, and have finally got BT to deal with the new line, got my broadband back, and most importantly, have satellite TV up and running so I can watch football! My new girlfriend feels neglected, and now I have to take her away for a long weekend and use my English charm so she doesn't dump me! In the end though Im sat on me new sofa, watchin the cricket, and the laptop on my umm lap, so can't complain really! </rant>
yeah it pretty much is a pain isn't it, and there's always arguements and frustration becuuse something's gone where it shouldn't have, or it's not being done quick enough blah blah blah, be just easier to burn everything and start from scratch! lol
Fuck, I never reach 30 yet, but I've already experienced moving four to four times already. Excluding those times, I changed my apartment when I was still in college.
Moving is a royal pain - heck, any type of major house project is ... I'm just wrapping up my stamped concrete patio and it's a "death march" at the end to get it finally finished but not get your family completely annoyed with 'ya ... but yea, it's all worth it in the end.
The English are Charming?!?!?!?! I kid because I love, I know what you mean about moving, it is just as much a pain on this side of the big pond believe me.
