Moving from Mambo to Wordpress.

    Hi,

    I'm moving a site to wordpress from mambo soon. Has anyone done this, especially if they've used the import script from? http://codex.wordpress.org/Importing_Content#Mambo

    I've already written my 160 line RewriteRule entries for the htaccess file - eek! - so if I can roll over from one system to the other fairly easily then I'll be a happy bunny indeed.

    It's a scary proposition installing Mambo and WordPress in the same folder to start with.

    I've made a backup of the DB just in case :)

    There is two way to move mambo to wordpress, either use free plugins with bad headaches or ask gConverter gays to do it fast and easy within 1 hour.
