So here's the deal. I have a forum installed in the root directory of mysite.com. I decided that I wanted to develop an actual website on mysite.com, and move the forum to mysite.com/forum. Does anyone know of a method that would allow me to keep my SE rankings for my forum? I don't see how a 301 redirect would work in this case because I want mysite.com to load my new website, and my forum to be located at mysite.com/forum.
