Moving entire site with forum

I am looking to move my site to a new host. I believe I can do it myself....however, I don't fully trust myself . So, I am looking for bids to move my site. I would prefer the work to be done around 10AM, August 11th, 2008, but I am somewhat flexible. Please include any experience you have with this sort of work. This is my main source of income so I cannot afford much down time. Thanks.

I would Prefer a flat rate. And i assure you there will be no downtime and your users will not even know there is any kind of server transfer.
