Moving Domainis via ftp - file attibutes?

    I am changing hosts and would like to keep the same file and folder attributes on the target hosts. I have done ftp of the files, but there a lot of files and folders on the original host that have chmod 777 and instead of going through each folder and changing the attributes, I was hoping that there was a less tedious way of doing that.
    Can any help?

    If both hosts have cpanel, then it may be possible...
    When you download files to your pc, then they automatically become 644/755

    I use wsftppro and it does not give it the same attributes. It changes the 777 to 755 etc

    Try FlashFXP, its does not changes the attributes.
