Moving databases from Hsphere to Cpanel?

    So I have decided to switch hosts and my old host has Hsphere and my current one uses Cpanel. Can someone tell me how to move the databases for me Wordpress sites?

    I have already backed up all my databases to my local hard drive if that makes it any easier.
