Moving Adwords between Ad Groups?

I want to organize my Ad Groups a little better....is it possible to move one ad word into another existing Ad Group without losing the CTR and the other stats?

Lets say i have ad groups a, b, c....can I move my adword from group c to group a? While keeping the stats the same?

Not sure if its possible without affecting ctr etc but if youre not allready download and use the free Adwords editor from google. It save sooo much time and effort ;-)
