Moving a website

I just deleted my entire website and prevented robots from crawling your my in robots.txt.

I'm going to publish the same pages under a different domain.

Should I have to wait until Google has deindexed old pages from its index (duplicate content issue) or is it safely to publish a new website with same old content now today? I don't want to use 301-redirects. Thanks.

Safe enough to publish now, just set it up and wait a few days before you submit an XML to google :)

I dont think you need to wait. Let Google do its work, you do your own:)

I think a 301 redirection would be really helpful in your situation because it would help in transferring your seo efforts for the old domain to the new domain. :)
