    301 redirect!

there will always be some problem, but the best way to avoid most is just 301 redirect from your old site to your new one!

You will lose ur old pages rank why not u choose two domains and rediret one to another. However redirecting also effects pr.

No google will not say anything.

I will leave the old domain too. Can someone tell me how to enable 301 redirect? Can i do it from Cpanel?

If you move your contents then you will loose the old page rank you have. It also depends on many parameters.. We can clearly say if you give the details from where to where your site is moved..

If done correctly with 301-redirects, I don't think that page rank will be adversely affected, it may take a while for google to transfer the PR, but things should be ok.
