I have sold one of my web sites - it's drupal based with a custom database of drug treatment centers. I need help moving it from Powweb to the owners new location. We are moving to a CPANEL based host. I will pay for quality.

You can do it yourself also. Create and download full backup.

Now, in new cpanel, restore using full backup. Now if everything is alright, change the nameserver of domain name.

That's right - Powweb has a custom panel and doesn't have the backup facility.
