Okay, here is my problem and I need some advice from some people :)

I started a free directory its currently a pr4 and can be found at http://www.mystickcal.com My problem is should I move this directory. Here is why I'm considering it.

Number one...The domain name is very hard to remember let alone spell :) I was a newb when I first started it lol. So I of course want to move it to a new domain name

Here is the problems I see...Number one...Inbound links...However a 301 should fix this but I would want to leave it like that forever...would I? I would ike to use the odmain for soemthing else eventually...

The other problem is my pr4...Would a 301 transfer the pr to the new domain?

My other problem is that i can't use adsense on mystickcal.com because of some problems in the past I had...I know I'm bad :) Anyways, if I moved domains would I be able to use adsense on the new domain after I took off the 301 rediect in a couple months, because I'mjust not making anything with bidvertiser on the directory...I'm getting the clicks just not anything for them hardly :) Any advice, help, anything would be greatly appreciated!

    Hi,
    - The name “mystickcal.com” I liked I wouldn’t change it.
    - Forget about adsense in a directory it’s not worth it.
    - If you really whant a new name you can register a new domain like “misticaldirectory.com” and redirected 301 to mystickcal.com so you can promote the new name.
    Cheers

I have a similar directory get quite a bit of traffic but makes pretty much nothing on adsense, so it quite a bit of hassle to change names

Correct me if im wrong but the 301 wont transfer the links soon as you remove the 301 your likely to get a PR drop, i would concentrate your effort on gaining more PR and selling links instead ........

You cannot transfer PR from one URL to another URL period

That just cannot be done :)

Hmmmmmm Okay then. Well thank you all for your quick responses. I guess I will keep it going the way I have it and keep the domain I have. I've already spent well over 1000 dollars for links and just can't see losing them all if a new domain won't help me! Thanks again everyone.
