Moving a blog to a new domain... what about the RSS feed?

Do you know how to move RSS feeds to a different blog domain without it breaking the RSS feed? I use Feedburner so perhaps if I leave the Feedburner URL the same and just update it on my blog it will retain my subscribers?

I'm using these directions to move the blog... but when I changed the feed it broke...

Care to share any ideas? I don't want to lose my existing RSS subscribers when I move to the new domain.

If I recall correctly, there is some method you could use in order to "port" your RSS feed to a new one. I don't remember where I found it though. Why don't you just write a new post in your blog telling people that you've moved? I'm pretty sure they'll follow you on your new blog.
