I'm not sure about having 'watch adulthood (2008)' as the start of your title, because you're likely to change this title eventually when the movie goes out of date and replace it with another one. Google prefers it when titles stay the same. The rest of your title is good. You need to get your keywords in the site a bit more. Put in a site footer with keywords in, and try to get a H1 tag on your homepage with 'free movie downloads' in it.
The title doesn't change? why would it change? if the movie is called Adulthood and the year released was (2008) it wouldn't change..
