Movie-z.com Appraisal plz .. Good for SEO?

    I have heard from a few people that domain names with hyphens are good for SEO supported by the statement that it is easier for search engines to distiguish words in a domain name .. Not sure how much of it is true ..
    Bought it with that intent though .. will I get back my reg fee atleast?
