Buying Movie Site - Whole project.

    Hello, I am looking for someone to write code for the following project.


    I have a website, and i want to upload movies. So, the project goes like:

    I will upload files to .avi .mp4 or whatever format, and i want to be played from a web player that will have a subtitles system.

    For Example.

    I upload "The Transporter 4.avi" and
    English Sub "The Transporter4eng.srt"
    German Sub "The Transportergerman.srt"


    When the user selects english subtitiles, the web player should synchronise the subtitles to the language that the user has selected.

    Everything will be uploaded to my webserver, so, give me also solutions about the traffic i need.

    Security would be an important aspect for this website, plus movie linking and embeding along with proper categotization and management would be required. We could develop an entire custom coded CMS in CakePHP.
