movie site for sale , good traffic , good income , high potential , already establish

i have decided to sell my movies link site for mp4s as i need cash for my trip to ibiza haha , . sad to see it go as i have seen it grow over the past few months , i havent had much time recently with it , so if someone could spend abit of time on it ,then it will boom i no it ,

last month i got 4,243 visits , this month will beat that , if more time was spent on it then it would easy rise much quicker , there is a very similar sounding site that gets around 10k visits a day , i rank directly under that site in google for most of the keywords they do , im starting to get alot of traffic from there site as they do not update at all ,

i have tried different sources of generating income , google , movie affilate , etc
the movie affilte was very good and have been getting around 50$ a month , google has been around $1-$2.34 a day
overall this site has alot of potential and is already making a good bit of income
