I have the following website up for sale: www.watchfastfive.net. This site is unique and includes a number of custom written articles. These articles are keyword rich and contain proper keyword density, etc. (written by a professional SEO writer)

I've also done some extensive backlink building, and this site shows up on the 1st page of Google for the keyword "watch fast five". (along with several other keywords) With a few more links and some fresh content, you could easily continue to bring in traffic for months to come. On release day, this site received a few thousand hits.

Simply put, I haven't had enough time to keep up with all of my sites: my loss is your gain. Looking for a quick sale.
