    you might want to put this offer on elance.com or odesk.com. although a full clone of that site would probably indeed require a budget of more than $1000.

    Hey mate, that kind of a website is possible, but you're going to have to part with about $5,000 for it.

    Also, it'll take approximately 2 months to come about. (Including bug-fixing).

    Coded in PHP, the site will also need a VPS at the very least. Or dedicated server, maybe?

    Either way, you may PM me if you'd like to talk - but please be advised, you've no reputation here....I will only deal with you if you can wire me 60% of the money upfront.
