Selling Movie News/Review Website - PR3/5 - 120k ALexa - Feelers

I am putting some feelers out on a Movie Review website. It gets anywhere from 1000 to 3000 unique visitors per day. At random times, depending on the news and reviews placing in google, we can get upwards of 5000.

We are currently PR3 but that should change with the backlinks we just got from a MAJOR site that is very very movie related.

Most of our reviews end up 1st page of google for different search terms.

With that said we have had some solid performance from ads

When we had our last tempate we were making anywhere between 2 to 18 dollars via adsense. We have changed templates and I took it down due to it looking tacky.

We are using MTV and Break as our current advertisers and average around 150 or more a month EACH.

With that said, what would folks offer up for a site such as this.

I have heard anywhere from 10 months to 18 months for a purchase. I have writers across the country and many connections to screenings etc for folks to do reviews.

This is just a feeler but if anyone is serious I would love to hear some offers.

Right now I am in the prelim stages of thinking to sell but the right offer could push me over the edge quickly.

I am not posting to the link to anyone unless it sounds to me that they are serious buyers. I am looking at around 3500 for a buyout. If someone is serious than I can tell. Until I hear from someone who seems serious, I will withhold the url. I have a staff etc that are aware I am looking as starters but it wouldn't be fair to them etc.
