Selling Movie Fansite - Californication - PR 3

Hello,

I have decided to sell one of my websites because it needs content added every day since the new season of Californication recently started.

I started this website a year ago since i was a big fan of Californication Tv Series.

It has a steady PR3, only unique content written by me and some good backlinks from the same niche website. Yahoo shows 5786 backlinks

I have played with adsense makeing a few bucks but i don't know how to properly moneterise it. I receved some offers for private advertising but refused them since i wanted to keep the website clean.

90% of the traffic comes from google, curently the site ranks on the second page for the keyword Californication, it ca surely reach top page with some linkbuilding, i will write a guide from the buyer on how to get. For the keyword Californication Season 3 the website ranks top 5 on results.

Keep in mind that the website will provide steady traffic sincer in many countries the tv show is starting just right now and in the US season 3 has been recently lauched.

I don't want to run an auction since i am not desperate to sell it, i just want the website to remain in good hands and someone to keep writting on the subject.

I am a realist person and i think a fair price for the work done stats at 200$.

If we ignore CPA opportunites, corect adsense integration and pay per view ads etc. and taking in fact recieved offers for links sales and banners the website has an average of 40$/month.

Forgot to mention that the wordpress theme has already implemented a advetising module for 125x125 banners and another top banner.
