Revenue is as explained in first post. Only around $5 a month from the adsense on the right. I would advice prospective buyer to place an ad after a post in the blog - current writer was not in it for the money though (was a University project - or started out as such anyway) so it was never really monetized.

Is it possible that you sell the site on a cheaper price, and we can use an adsense revenue sharing plugin from which you continue taking half the revenue until you reach the price you want. Or something like that...

 

There is no BIN in mind. Like I stated, this sale will only go through if it reaches a price he's happy with. I haven't been given an exact figure. Realistically the auction probably needs to go somewhat above the current $400 bid for the author to consider selling I would think.

Only Matt (the main writer) is currently writing. Ray posted various articles but has since stopped. The main reason for wanting to sell at this time is Matt is tied down with Uni work and has no time to update. So no staff will be staying on.
