Well, I recently moved to my selfhosted WP blog from blogger. You can check out here: techotoys.blogspot.com I just want to ask you following points: 1. Should i nofollow my previous blog??? (Since I am using Blogger redirection, is it really necessary???) 2. Will my new blog be penalized for duplicate content due to redirection because Google currently has both my of blog results in its index?? 3. What will happen to the backlinks of my previous blog?? Will they be considered as backlinks for my new blog??? I guess many of senior bloggers know these. Please help me guys. Please share your knowledge with me. Thanks in advance.
I hope you already have webmaster tolls enabled for blogger so just use their interface to change the url and set a url redirection code in your blogger blog .Your will get your se position and pr back but back links will not works .But if you can make redirection from every page instead of just home page redirection .that will work ..
