    It's not about Google, so it doesn't belong in Google. It's about specific pages' SEO tactics. Hence an SEO review. (I'm Slow)

    It has to do with SEO (spamming a search engine) and is about something you kind of need to look at (so it's also a review). So Reviews -> SEO seems like the proper place to me.
