Moved my site and now not working

    I moved my site to a new server and it isn't working. I did a full cpanel move to the new server, but the site won't let people upload to it. Forgot to mention that it is an image host. Does anyone have a suggestion as to why it isn't working right?

    it has already been uploaded. It was uploaded by the host with a cpanel full backup.

    I think it is folder permission problem. Just make all related folder chmod 777
