First off, note that I am not selling this domain. I am just curious to its value.

This is not a website appraisal, but it is a developed domain name and I have huge plans on developing it further. Monday I have plans that will hopefully take it to a PR5 to PR6 by the next Google update.

This domain is around a year and half old and has a current PR of 4. It is rememberable and brandable. As you can see from the developed site, it is currently being used as a free host provider. I plan on continuing in this path and eventually even expanding to a paid host as well.

What I would like are experienced domain and website sellers to appraise this domain. Reason for this is because you guys have been in the business for a good while and know about where to appraise this for.

Also, when you give your appraisal I would be grateful if you were to give me some hints on how to develop this domain to its fullest potential.

If you need more info to help give you a better appraisal that you can not get by researching the domain, then let me know.

Thanks alot in advance for your appraisals :)

Let me ask you a question...if I were able to raise its PR to 7 or 8...would that increase its value a good deal?

Very nice name. I would have developed it along the lines of some sort of property site as I think that is what the name sounds more suited to, and I think that is the field you are most likely to get a high bid from. I would have developed it along these lines a little, then approached as many estate agents and companies associated with the housing industry (even big building companies) with a view to selling. The domain could then command a price of several thousand dollars. As it is, I think mid $xxx to a reseller.
