Why are you selling this site?
Need cash and not interested in real estate. Also don't have time to write for this project. As you can see in the DP marketplace, I have 2 other sites like this for sale. I own more domains like this and thought real estate would be fun, but I am more interested in another project right now that has 100% of my attention.

How is it monetized?
It's not. Banner ad spots are set up but no ads placed yet. Just placeholder.

No.

How much time does this site take to run?
Depends on your goals. You can add a news section and use a free WP plugin to publish RSS feeds to posts and constantly have fresh content. There are many things you can do to cut down on the time it takes to operate the site. I think it needs more content, backlinks, and a social media presence to do well.

What challenges are there with running this site?
None. It's the same as any other blog really, it's not difficult to operate or update as it's a WP site.
