Buying Move Website to new Domain

    I want to move a website having custom script moved to another domain and properly work on new domain. I tried by moving files and database to new domain's cpanel but its not working. I think it needs customization/changes to the script and database. Require someone having expert skills in php/mysql to perform this task.
