Move site from Wordpress to html?

Hello I have several sites on wordpress platform and I was thinking of moving them to html, because I think it will be better for them in the future.

However I have a question for people who have done this:
How does this change affect my rankings. In my opinion the site will initially drop for some time and after that it will raise again to its' original rank maybe even better.

But this is just what I think. Any other opinions, or even better, did anyone do this so that he can tell me what his experience was like?
    Thanks.

    NOT A GOOD IDEA.

I think you are on wrong way as per my knowledge because wordpress have more xml & div tag in blogs content rather than HTML table which takes longer time to read by web spider. To get good result blog update is very important rather than add more page into website.

    Hello,
As per my knowledge when you change your site at that moment all the inner pages link would be change – right? Any search engine crawl your old pages and link – whenever any search display based on old pages that would be that and it gives 404 errors – Right? Wordpress is really good one which is support SEO very well. So my opinion is please do not change your mind at this moment.

    Regards,
    Peter

I'm sure the spiders would rank you the same either way. Most blog on the web run wp and I'm sure they are optimized enough to go through wp quickly

I'm sorry I didn't give more details. My sites are not blogs, they are just sites, but I used wordpress because I didn't know html.Well now I do and I want to move them.
So the fact that I can't update it easy is no issue to me.

I will make the site with the respective posts/pages and so it shall remain. And I want to do this because more and more people use wordpress and I'm scared that some day maybe Google will get fed up and penalize my site.

I guess my site will not have any problem if it is html based. And that's why I want to turn my sites into normal static sites, not blogs.

WP is one of the best web application which is optimized for search engines and i don't think that their is a point in reinventing the wheel
I don't think you will get any benefit from this but, this whole process will take a lot of your time (depending on the size of your WP blog)
I would recommend to stick with WP and if you really care about seo aspect then add some seo pluggins to your existing WP blog

as long as you create redirects there will not be a problem. along with: meta descriptions, keywords etc. make sure the file names are: keyword-rich-text.htm
If you are hosting on godaddy or some other cheap host you might even see an increase in traffic because your site will load faster.
use the same rules to create a static html site as a wordpress one. for example, make sure there is an xml sitemap and a robots.txt.
In wordpress you probably have the category in the urls so make sure those same terms are in there.
