I am trying to move a domain to a new hosting account.
The domain has 25 email accounts with email setup on it currently.

How do I move the email accounts and the existing mail to the new server?

You can move every data onto the new server, except the email accounts unless you have the same control panel onto the new server. Incase you have a different control panel offered with the new server then you will have to manually create email accounts there.
Depending on the host, the data migration would be taken care by them. For the migration you would have to give the login details of your old server and control panel to the admins of the new server.

You can use IMAP protocol to transfer emails from an account for old server to new server.

If you have cPanel, and your new host also has cPanel than they can transfer everything for you. You can also create a back-up of your old cPanel, and unpack it on your new one.

Yeah, but thats something you need to check before sign-up with the host. One quick checklist that you must run through is here:
1.The Control panel offered by the new host
2.The precise volume of free data transfer
3.Would they take care of data migration or they would just set-up the server and migration needs to be taken care by you.
4.E-mails and accounts would be transferred too or you need to manually do it.

These are few things that one must get confirmed before you sign up with the new web hosting provider.Hope this helps.
