Move and Resize image with the same code

    I am looking to do this to my image. I should be able to drag and move around the screen. Also, I should be able to resize the image.

    I saw that there are a few scripts available for resizing the picture, and also DHTML code available for dragging the picture. But I was wondering if I could get both this done with one script. Has anybody used any script available on the internet for this. I do know PHP myself and have to rely on Google for this.
