    Move a email from one server to another

    we are moving to new web host and but still we want the old emails from the old service provider..

    How can i do this.?

    Please let us know the mail server installed in your servers. Is there any control panel installed ??

    You need to ensure that you have root access to backup your mails. If you don't, use cPanel to create a mail backup and migrate it to your new host. Check with your host and see what they say.

    You can do this two way: Cpanel also through FTP. Some prefer FTP , where all you do is to upload the file in the home directory then the new host restore the acct for you. (You will have to give the new host the name of the file)
