I own two Boston Terrier's and today while working on the computer I heard a god awful scream come from downstairs, so I run down as fast as I could to find my youngest and smallest on the floor. Her tongue was sticking out of her mouth and she wasn't moving. I ran over to her and picked her up. She was as limp as a rag doll. She wasn't breathing...so I took the next step in our pet/owner relationship and put my mouth over her snout and gave her a small breath.

She still wasnt breathing so I gave her two more short breaths. I could feel her chest fill each time. After those two, I listened for any breathing, she started to take some very shallow breaths. After a minute or two she was breathing normally.

I then took her to the vet to be looked at. They arent sure what happened to her. But she is home now and hopefully nothing like this will happen again

Man...what pet owners will do for their pets. :)

That pet sure does deserve an owner like you, at first I thought you were talking about your youngest child. I hope she's better :)
