Buying Mouse over script

    Hey guys,
    i need a script that will mimic the mouse over affect of the sites here

    http://fetch4.me/
    hxxp://open-browser.com/

    Note what happens when you mouse over the URL input field, But it does not happen all the time i have noticed. Basically when mouse over the URL input field i need it to add content to the page, just a few lines of text.

    Mouse mouse over's i have seen just replace the text you mouse over with new text i need what i want to mouse over to say and just add more content to the page.

    please specify job details.
    if its only about allowing a text or a body to come and go, java script should be useful there.
