Selling Motorola dedicated tech website for sale with facebook page

Hi there,
I am here to sell a dedicated blog MotorolaMoto.com that is dedicated to Motorola phones related news and tips. We started the site with a tech news site and then i decided to dedicate it to Motorola related news and tips site. But due to lack of time, i am unable to update the blog every day. The blog also comes with a facebook page that has 3200+ likes.

Why are you selling this site?
I am having a number of websites and its not too easy to update every site with new content. I am also having a full time job so i have decided to let this go.

How is it monetized?
It is monetized with Adsense with little or no income. Pm me for adsense proofs or a live proof.

Does this site come with any social media accounts?
It comes with a facebook page with 3200+ likes. It also comes with a social media autopost plugin that posts every new post to the facebook page.

How much time does this site take to run?
You can update this site yourself or you can hire writers to write on this blog. The site comes with 90 unique articles written by me and the writers I hired in the past.

What challenges are there with running this site?
Challenges are to keep the facebook page users busy with new tricks and Motorola related news.
