This is easily one of the biggest frustrations I find being in affiliate marketing. All of the programs I'm in are either free or low cost, and are all very much legitimate and proven to succeed. In one in particular, I'm getting frustrated with my downline because not only do the majority of them make very little effort to duplicate my methods, they don't respond to E-Mails or take advantage of the useful info and links I give them. I guess this is a common problem for everyone in internet marketing, but if you have a huge downline it's easier not to be concerned with any of them that isn't actively doing anything. My question is, is there anything more I can do to help and motivate them? Or should I just forget about them and focus on the ones that are putting in some effort? Just yesterday I E-Mailed them a link to Dani Johnson's site - if they can't get motivated by her then in my opinion they might be lacking a heartbeat
